The Owl Tarot - XIII DEATH (Tyto Tenebricosa)

Hoot! (for the people that don´t know about tarot (just like me before starting this) "Major Arcana" it´s the part of the tarot that has the characters and figures. They are like 20 cards... i can´t remember the exact number right now)
Well...

This is the first card that i made, but not the first in number of the original tarot. I don´t like things in order
It´s made on watercolor, and all the other stuff it´s Photoshop. The watercolor took me something like... 6 hours.

This is a proyect i started yesterday on base of a comment of Miss UkuleleMoon , buuuuut i twisted it a little bit the original idea.
I was looking at the owl species on Google Images and thinking about it when this came to my owly head. I have to say that i like the results!

Death... When i thinked on that card, I instantly decided that Tyto Tenebricosa (for you is Sooty Owl, and for me it´s Lechuza Tenebrosa) was going to be my owl, but you are going to ask "what about that colorful background? Death is black and sad! It can´t be that good looking!"
Well, my dear Deviants, after one hour of research, i finded that every card of the Tarot has a good and a bad meaning, and Death´s good meaning is endings, beginnings, change, transformation, transition...
That´s the thing of the night wings and the morning sky. He´s changing the things. Isn´t bad, isn´t good. It´s change.
Plus his eyes are holes cause that´s the way that people sees death. As something blind and soul empty. It´s sad, but it´s part of the bad meaning of the Death card: Resistance to change, unable to move on. People can´t see death in another way when he´s near to them or they loved ones. 
And the last part: The clock.
Even if it´s the real death, a transformation, a transition... Everything passes through time, doesn´t it?
